Fill and Grill Instructions

Fill provided smoke canister to rim with woodchips and replace cover. Place on or under hot grill. Once smoke begins to develop, put foods on grill and close lid. The smoke canister will produce for approximately 20-40 minutes depending on temperature and proximity to heat source. By closing the lid on grill, this culinary seasoning smoke will circulate around your foods resulting in old world wood-fired flavors.
