The
Art Of Culinary Smoking
For centuries people have been using hardwoods for cooking and grilling
their foods. The smoke given off by these woods added unique flavors
to their meals. In today's age, with charcoal, gas and electric grills,
barbecued food lacks this wood fired flavor.
The SmokeStack Company has developed this convenient product to bring
your grill to life using the finest hardwoods, vintage wine barrel
wood and herbs! Our simple three-step process with our unique smoking
canister allows the wood chips to smolder and produce an aromatic seasoning
smoke. By capturing this aroma within your covered grill, food will
take on a wood fired flavor with an old world twist!
Great for gas, charcoal or electric grills
Amongst the vineyards of Northern California, a grilling revolution
is underway. The SmokeStack Company has developed a convenient and
economical way for grilling enthusiasts to add natural wood fired flavor
to their foods on gas, charcoal, or electric grills.
Applewood, Hickory, Mesquite, and Alder
Hardwoods blended with vintage oak and natural herbs are available
in four flavors (Applewood, Hickory, Mesquite, and Alder). This all
natural product consists of a smoking canister and enough woodchips
for six (6) grillings. There is no need to soak the chips or build
a foil pouch. This is a simple fill and grill system.
Fill and Grill Instructions
Fill provided smoke canister to rim with woodchips and replace cover.
Place on or under hot grill. Once smoke begins to develop, put foods
on grill and close lid. The smoke canister will produce for approximately
20-40 minutes depending on temperature and proximity to heat source.
By closing the lid on grill, this culinary seasoning smoke will circulate
around your foods resulting in old world wood-fired flavors.
